New Perspectives

Have you ever been to the theater and, maybe at intermission, gone up to the balcony? Or maybe you have been at an event and looked around at the seats up high and thought, what are they seeing that I am not?
As business owners, CEOs and executives, when was the last time you "went to the balcony" to get a new perspective? How often do you do it with peers who know your business and know you? Do you have someone who challenges the way you see things?
